I’m Paul, I have lived in the Hope Valley area for the past 7 years after moving from Manchester.  I live with my partner, and we have two young children.

I qualified as a personal trainer in 2020 and after months of working full time and personal training in my spare time (which was very limited with the little ones) the opportunity came in 2022 for me to make PT my full-time job!
