About Me

Hi I’m Paul

I started training from an early age and quickly caught the fitness bug.

I am passionate about training and the importance that exercise has on your well-being.  I believe that every training plan must be achievable, sustainable, hard work but most of all fun!

I enjoy weight training, long-distance running and have taken part in multiple events such as The Great North Run and Chatsworth 10k.

I am also in a Tug of War team that competes at both National and International level, competitions are divided into weight categories, so I have lots of experience in weight loss and dieting pre and post competition.

I will create a bespoke workout program just for you which will help you achieve your short and long term goals.
