Whether you prefer to exercise in a class setting in the great outdoors or inside a warm welcoming gym, all sessions are designed to suit your level of ability and written to progress to levels you never knew existed.

 

I offer a number of different 1:1 packages and with each package I will create a bespoke workout program, which will help you achieve your short and long term goals and make you move and feel better than ever before.

Classes

 

My outdoor classes are designed to be fun, challenging and sociable whilst giving you a full body workout using a variety of body weights and free weights.
